With a sloping site, variable ground and shallow groundwater conditions, Arden Gardens needed strong geotechnical and environmental advice to meet its quality objectives.
Extensive excavation was needed, and the developer turned to Tonkin + Taylor for a range of specialist services and environmental expertise.
