Tonkin + Taylor (T+T) is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted at the prestigious Consult Australia Awards for Excellence. Helena Woolums, a Principal Environmental Consultant and the Environmental Discipline Manager in Australia, is a finalist in the hotly contested Future Leader category.
Helena has led the Environmental team since February 2021, navigating through the pandemic, growing her team, increasing employee retention, and increasing the team’s revenue.
As noted by one of her direct reports: “Helena is a very passionate, knowledgeable, and caring discipline manager. It’s inspiring as a young female scientist to see how successful a leader Helena is, especially so early in her career.”

The winners will be announced at the Consult Australia Awards for Excellence ceremony on March 23 in Sydney.
